To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to improper use or care

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
